East Tennessee State Head Coach Tre Lamb joined us on the Network to talk "Building the Culture of a New Program" & it was one of our favorite talks we've had on the Network. One of the key things he discussed was "How to Earn Trust Early As A Position Coach or Head Coach." He highlighted 8 key factors:
